Cordial Care Residential and Consulting provides supported living services in Indianapolis, Indiana, to maximize community and family inclusion and independence and improve the quality of life of those we serve.
We work cooperatively with each individual, their family, and their support team to ensure that the individuals drive their services, decision-making, community engagement, and choices to the maximum extent possible.
Cordial Care Residential and Consulting provides several developmental disability services funded by the Indiana Medicaid Waiver program, the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services, and private pay.
We also offer supported living services through the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver, Family Support Waiver (FSW), and Private Pay.
We are currently accepting referrals in the following counties: Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Morgan, and Boone.
